The exact warranty period depends on the model and where you purchase the product. It generally ranges from 12 months to 10 years following the date of purchase.

The warranty does not include defects in the products caused normal wear and tear, deliberate damage or misuse of the products, accidental damage, failure to use the products in accordance with the user manual or any alteration or repair done by you or any unauthorized parties.

Should your product become faulty within the warranty period, contact the company you originally purchased the product from. We will provide proper repair service or replacement of product depending on the case.
